Pro Experience Bus Lines wasn't born in a boardroom it was born on the field, in locker rooms, and on long bus rides to away games. As a former Winnipeg Blue Bomber, I spent years experiencing both sides of sports transportation: the professional level where every detail is handled, and the youth level where families struggle to make it work.

After my time with the Blue Bombers, I founded the Manitoba Selects, a travel football team that gave young athletes opportunities to compete at higher levels. But running that program opened my eyes to a harsh reality: the cost and complexity of team travel was keeping talented kids on the sidelines. Families were holding multiple fundraisers just to afford a single tournament. Parents were coordinating carpools across the city, burning vacation days to drive hours each way. Coaches were stressed about logistics instead of focusing on their players.

I kept thinking: there has to be a better way.

That's when Pro Experience Bus Lines was born not as a business opportunity, but as a solution to a problem I had lived through. I knew what teams needed because I had been there. I understood the budget pressures because I had felt them. I recognized the safety concerns because I had shared them as both a player and a team organizer.

The Mission

Our mission is simple but powerful: make team travel more affordable, accessible, and stress-free than traditional options. We exist to remove the barriers that keep young athletes from reaching their potential and community groups from fulfilling their missions.

Every dollar a team saves on transportation is a dollar that goes back into equipment, training, or making the program accessible to one more family who thought they couldn't afford it. Every hour a coach doesn't spend coordinating rides is an hour they can invest in their players. Every parent who doesn't have to take time off work is a family that can sustain their commitment to youth sports.
